Great product, but Amazon dropped the ball.., September 10, 2010 By  Steve Southern - See all my reviews Amazon Verified Purchase( What's this?) This review is from: SportRack A1122SP Backrider 2 Bike Trunk Mount Carrier (Sports) I ordered this product "new". The box had been beat up, opened and resealed poorly. The parts bag and instructions were missing. I called Thule (the manufacturer) and they made it good, even though it wasn't their fault. 5 stars for Thule and this rack, no stars for either Amazon or UPS.
